The Oxfordshire Bus Enthusiasts Society was formed in June 2010 by a group of bus enthusiasts to provide a friendly monthly meeting in central Oxford for those with an interest in buses and coaches. Usually once a year, a trip to a bus or coach company, or to a rally, is organised.
Meetings are normally held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month (except August) at the Tree Hotel, 63 Church Way, Iffley, Oxford OX4 4EY, and feature a variety of topics and speakers.
Membership of the society allows free entry to all the society meetings, but non-members are also welcome to attend our meetings for a fee of £3 per meeting.
Meetings are held in the function room at:
The Tree Hotel, 63 Church Way, Iffley, Oxford OX4 4EY.
Car parking is available at the hotel.
The Tree Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from bus stops on Iffley Road served by frequent bus service number 3 (jointly operated by Oxford Bus/Stagecoach).
The hotel has an extensive menu and food is available before the meeting.
